Five Minute DISC

This quick assessment is intended to give you some insight into how you show up in a given situation.
Think about where in your life you want to apply this information before you take the assessment:

• Work

• Family

• Church

• Community, etc.

Then, don’t think too long on any one question…just put a 4 for what sounds the most like you in that area and a 1 for what sound the least like you (and it may still sound like you, just not as much as the others.)
