Triple A Trust

This quick assessment is intended to give you some insight into how you approach a project and/or the members and roles on your team.
While this is often used for self-assessment when interviewing or hiring others, it can also be quite useful in other areas:

• Family dynamics

• Special projects

• Volunteering, etc.

Think about the area you will benefit the most from knowing more about your trust tendencies. Then, don’t think too long on any one question…just put a 3 for what sounds the most like you in that area and a 1 for what sound the least like you (and it may still sound like you, just not as much as the others.)
